At SKIN & LOOKS, we work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver your orders to destinations where our products are available.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, shipping destination, fulfillment location, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

As a general guide, current average delivery times for selected destinations include:

• United Kingdom: approximately 9–10 business days
• United States: approximately 8–9 business days
• Canada: approximately 11 business days
• Australia: approximately 11 business days
• Germany: approximately 9–10 business days
• France: approximately 10 business days
• Nigeria: approximately 18 business days
• Kenya: approximately 13 business days

These are average shipping times, not guaranteed delivery dates, and actual delivery times may vary by product and destination.

For the most accurate estimate, the shipping information displayed for the specific product and destination at checkout should be used.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to many countries worldwide, although availability depends on the particular product and destination.

Products fulfilled through Zendrop's China-based fulfillment network can generally be shipped internationally, while products supplied by U.S.-based suppliers may be restricted to delivery within the United States.

Some destinations or products may have shipping restrictions because of carrier, customs, product, or regulatory requirements.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges vary according to the product, destination country, product weight, and product type.

Shipping is calculated on a per-product basis, so products in the same order may have separate shipping charges.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are generally not included in the product or shipping price and may be the responsibility of the customer.

SKIN & LOOKS does not control these charges, and they vary depending on the destination country's regulations.

For orders shipped to EU member states, Zendrop currently applies a $3.80 EU Customs Duty per order at fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and customs information where required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to update after shipment, particularly for international orders.

International shipments may pass through multiple carriers, and the final delivery carrier may be assigned after the package reaches the destination country.

Shipping Delays

While we work with fulfillment and shipping partners to provide reliable delivery, delays can occasionally occur because of:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• High shipping volumes
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Public holidays
• Local delivery restrictions
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that your package is lost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or unable to be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at ceddryc@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

For qualifying delayed international orders, Zendrop currently provides refund or reshipment protection after applicable delivery thresholds are reached.

Restricted Destinations

Shipping availability can change based on carrier restrictions, local regulations, and product eligibility.

Not every product can be shipped to every country. Some products may also have specific restrictions based on their contents or destination.
